(Price on these is very flexible depending on complexity, I would be willing to take up to 10% off of these prices if you want something very simple)

Terms of Service

  • Will draw: Furry / Anthro / Feral / Dragons

  • Will not draw: Human / Humanoid / NSFW / Gore / Mech / Fetish / Hateful Content / Proship

General

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

  • I reserve the right to refuse / cancel and refund your commission for any reason.

  • I reserve the rights to my artwork.

  • I am allowed to share my artwork without restriction unless specified by commissioner.

  • Do not remove my signature / draw over my work without my permission

  • Do not use my work for commercial purposes / merchandise unless previously agreed upon by artist and commissioner

  • Do not use my work for NFTs / AI algorithms / crypto networks

Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • I take payment through PayPal Invoicing.

  • Work will not be started until full payment is received.

  • Payment should be sent within 48 hours of me accepting your commission (unless otherwise agreed upon)

  • Payment plans can be discussed on any commissions $100+.

  • Full refunds are available until you receive the sketch.

  • After receiving the sketch, a partial refund is available.

  • Refunds are not available after I start lining.

  • Any major alterations after sketch is approved will cost an alteration fee.

  • Any cancellations / chargebacks issued after work has started will result in a permanent blacklist.

Timeline

  • I reserve up to 1 month from payment date to complete commissions.

  • If not completed 1 month from payment date, we can talk about refunding.

  • For large scale commissions, we can discuss a longer timeline.

  • For emergency commissions, a longer timeline may be stated. If stated, that timeline will override the 1 month timeline.

Designs / Adopts

  • By purchasing / commissioning a design from me, you agree to these terms.

  • You may change the design as much as you want after purchase. If you redesign one of my designs so much that it doesn't resemble the original, please still list me as the original designer.

  • After purchase, you hold rights to the character design, and can use any new art of it for commercial purposes, merchandise, etc. (according to artist's TOS), but do not use the original artwork unless previously agreed upon with me.

  • Do not claim the design as your own.

  • Do not sell the design for more than you purchased it for unless it has added art.

  • Do not back out of bids/offers.

  • Do not use the design to promote anything hateful.
